Recently, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Regulations on the Work of the CPC Branch (for Trial Implementation), which is the first basic backbone regulation on the work of the Party branch in the history of our party, and is the basic compliance of the construction of the Party branch in the new era. In order to facilitate Party members to study and implement the main content of the Regulations, the Party branch of Suzhou Tongmeng Yangzheng Precision Die Casting Technology Co., Ltd. held a themed Party Day activity to interpret the Regulations.

The second is to follow the Party Constitution as the fundamental principle, highlight the main role of Party branches, focus on enhancing organizational strength, strengthen political functions, and clarify the responsibilities and tasks of Party branches. The third is to adhere to problem oriented and problem-solving thinking, and to address the prominent problems in the functional positioning, organizational setting, and work operation of party branch construction, to fill in the gaps and form norms from the perspective of institutional construction. Fourthly, it reflects the combination of inheritance and innovation, inheriting the valuable experience of party branch construction accumulated by our party in the process of revolution, construction, and reform, summarizing and refining the successful experience of strengthening grassroots branches since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and solidifying it into laws and regulations. The fifth is to be close to the practical operational needs of grassroots, responding to the characteristics of party branches in different fields while striving for clear, simple and feasible regulations.

Comrade Mao Renfeng interpreted the main content of the "Regulations": the "Regulations" consist of 8 chapters and 37 articles, covering various fields and aspects of party branch construction. One is to clarify the functional positioning of the Party branch, stipulating that the Party branch is the basic organization of the Party, the fundamental unit of the Party's organizational system, the fighting fortress of the Party in grassroots social organizations, the foundation of all Party work and combat effectiveness, and proposing the principles that must be followed in the work of the Party branch. The second is to standardize the establishment of party branches, clarify the scope, conditions, and procedures of party branch establishment, and make provisions for innovating the form of party branch establishment based on actual conditions. The third is to propose the basic tasks of the Party branch and the key tasks of Party branches in different fields. Fourthly, the working mechanism of the Party branch has been improved, and regulations have been made on the responsibilities and operational methods of the Party member congress, Party branch committee, and Party group. The fifth is to stipulate the organizational life of the party branch, and to refine the content and procedures of the "three meetings and one lesson", theme party days, organizational life meetings, democratic evaluation of party members, and heart to heart talks. Sixth, emphasis was placed on strengthening the construction of party branch committees, standardizing the composition, term, and election of party branch committees, and proposing conditions and selection channels for party branch secretaries. Seventh, the leadership and guidance responsibilities of the Party branch work have been strengthened, and it has been clarified that funding support should be provided for the Party branch to carry out its work. Cadre inspections should listen to the opinions of the Party branch where the inspection object is located.

Finally, branch secretary Yan Jing summarized that the "Regulations on the Work of Communist Party Branches of China (Trial)" is guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and is another important measure to promote the extension of comprehensive strict governance of the Party to the grassroots level. It is the basic guideline for every party branch, and has significant importance in strengthening the construction of the Party's organizational system, comprehensively enhancing the Party branch's organizational strength, combat effectiveness, cohesion, and consolidating the foundation of the entire Party.
